Enjoy an elegant and historic downtown setting, with easy access and great harbor views. This beautifully restored, three-story waterfront building is downtown Annapolis’s newest prestige venue!

Whether you plan a business or civic meeting, a cocktail reception, buffet meal or rehearsal dinner, you’ll enjoy classic surroundings and contemporary amenities – including a caterer’s kitchen and state of the art audio-visual equipment. If you’d like, we’ll even arrange for costumed historical characters to greet and entertain!

Available Amenities

Three floors with windows overlooking the city dock – a unique space that is purely 18 th century splendor, with 21 st century accessibility. Fully handicapped accessible via a large elevator, each floor offers windows on downtown Annapolis, and exhibits and artifacts that will make your event truly unique.

Audio-visual capabilities include video screens on two floors that can play your DVD – and a welcome screen on the first floor that is available for Power Point presentations or other computer-based programs. Additionally, screens built into the ceiling in two third-floor rooms, plus electricity and data ports make it possible for you to set up your own meeting presentation in a very unusual setting.

A caterer’s kitchen is available for event set-up, and large restrooms provide all the amenities you need for your guests and your staff.

We provide expert assistance with catering, entertainment, and other arrangements. You will have full access to our list of preferred vendors – including caterers, photographers, florists, musicians, lodging and transportation suppliers, and others. Prior to your event, we’ll meet onsite with you and your caterer to work out all the details of your special event.

We can even arrange for a horse-drawn carriage or trolley to convey you and your guests to your downtown affair!
