Straight from the dreaming spires, join our interns from the University of Oxford as they present talks based on their research with Historic Annapolis. Topics will include:
- A comparison of two Annapolis women’s public and private approaches to the dissemination of political ideals;
- Insight into Dr. William Bishop and African-American social mobility in Annapolis;
- A look at the story of a young advocate for women’s rights; and
- An exploration of the hidden histories of historic buildings.
These brief presentations will be preceded by an informal reception and an opportunity to meet the cohort at 5:30pm. This is a FREE event. However, space is limited; first-come, first-served. Registration is strongly encouraged.
