Mr. Paca’s Garden Storytime is a fun hour full of reading and activities in the William Paca Garden, a secret treasure in the Historic District of Annapolis. Each program is designed for little ones, 3-7 years, with a book reading, song, and craft/art project, plus time to explore the Paca Garden following the story hour.
This Week’s Book: My Friend Earth by Patricia MacLachlan
We’re celebrating Earth Day!!! After waking from a wintertime snooze, My Friend Earth begins a new journey. She does so many wonderful things! She tends to animals large and small. She pours down summer rain and autumn leaves. She sprinkles white snow and protects the tiny seeds and then settles into a hopeful sleep to wait for spring. Join us on our historic garden terrace as we create a one-of-a-kind Earth Day craft.
Advance registration required, space is limited.
Cost: $10 per Child and $5 per Adult for General Admission; $8 per Child and Free for Adults for HA Members and Military; $5 per Child and Free for Adults for Family Circle Members
Please Note: An adult must accompany their child(ren) for the entirety of the program; garden time is not supervised by staff. Activities are held outdoors on the tented terrace at the William Paca House & Garden when possible. In the event of inclement weather, the activities will be held inside in our conference room.
