Mr. Paca’s Garden Storytime is a fun hour full of reading and activities in the William Paca Garden, a secret treasure in the Historic District of Annapolis. Each program is designed for little ones, 3-7 years, with a book reading, song, and craft/art project, plus time to explore the Paca Garden following the story hour.
This Week’s Book: Koala Lou by Mem Fox
We’re celebrating Parent’s Day! Koala Lou’s family is growing, and her mother becomes so busy raising her family that she forgets to tell her first born how much she loves her. Koala Lou enters the Bush Olympics, determined to win an event and her mother’s love at the same time. This story reminds children and parents that no matter how busy life gets, that there is a special bond of love that they share.
Advance registration required, space is limited.
Cost: $10 per Child and $5 per Adult for General Admission; $8 per Child and Free for Adults for HA Members and Military
Additional Dates: Tuesday, July 25; Tuesday, August 8; Saturday, August 19
Please Note: An adult must accompany their child(ren) for the entirety of the program; garden time is not supervised by staff. Activities are held outdoors on the tented terrace at the William Paca House & Garden when possible. In the event of inclement weather, the activities will be held inside in our conference room.
