This fall, enjoy a unique opportunity to dine al fresco at the William Paca Garden, the crown jewel of Annapolis. Experience a special four-course dinner on the tented terrace as you overlook the picturesque 2-acre English Garden.
Extravagant food and wine, along with the unparalleled service of Ken’s Creative Kitchen, will create an unforgettable evening.

Chilled Eastern Shore Zucchini Soup (Golden Heirloom Tomatoes, Cucumber, and Fresh Basil)
Japanese Eggplant Salad (Sake Marinated Yellow Wax Beans & Haricots Verts, Momiji Oroshi, Upland Cress and Daikon Sprouts, Borage, Ponzu, and Fresh Chives)
Entrée Course (choice of 1)
Seared and Roasted Chilean Sea Bass, Jumbo Texas Gold Shrimp Garnish (Lemon Beurre Blanc and Micro Greens)
Roast Rack of Lamb Persillade (Pinot Noir Reduction with Wild Mushrooms, Fresh Rosemary)
Butternut Squash-Artisan Goat Cheese Ravioli (Sage-Pecan Brown Butter Sauce, Shaved Italian Parmesan, Fresh Sage Garnish)
All entrées include a Sauteed Julienne of Summer Vegetables and Timbales of Saffron Rice Pilaf with Brunoise of Carrots, Peppers and Tomato.
