Preserve and Save: Historic Preservation Tax Credits Workshop
Date: October 29, 2016
Historic homes require ongoing maintenance and repairs can be costly. Fortunately there are federal, state, and local preservation tax incentives available to encourage private sector investment in the rehabilitation and re-use of historic buildings.
Tax incentives also promote investment in local economies and are instrumental in preserving the historic places that give our neighborhoods their special character. Come join us for an overview of these tax credit programs and to connect you with the individuals and organizations who administer and advocate for these programs.
