Winter Lecture Series: Caring for your Treasures
Date: Thursday, February 27, 2020
Location: O'Brien's Oyster Bar and Seafood Tavern, 113 Main Street
Time: Lecture, 10:30 am; Lunch, 11:30 am
We all have them: the jersey you wore in that winning game, Mom's handwritten recipes, a favorite ornament, vacation photographs, etc. They are precious memories and stories embodied in a physical object. While we know we want to safeguard these objects, it's not always clear how to do so. In this lecture, Curator of Collections Robin Matty will discuss simple and affordable ways to protect your treasures for years to come.
Advance registration required.
