Step into the world of colonial printers and uncover the powerful protest against “The Fatal Stamp”.
Discover why the Stamp Act of 1765 ignited outrage across the colonies and how printers played a key role in spreading revolutionary ideas.
Visitors can create their own edition of the Maryland Gazette and emboss it with a “fatal stamp,” just like the one used to symbolize protest 260 years ago! Drop in any time between 11 am and 3 pm for this exciting program offering.
