Celebrate the Holiday Season Through the Spirit of America 250 with Historic Annapolis!
As America commemorates its 250th anniversary, step back to the holiday season of 1776 and experience Yuletide in Annapolis at the William Paca House & Garden and the Hogshead Trades Museum.
Discover how early Americans celebrated the season through traditional music, engaging storytelling, and festive customs that brought families and communities together during the nation’s founding era. It’s a unique opportunity to experience the sights, sounds, and traditions of the season while reflecting on the history of our country’s beginnings.
Your Yuletide admission includes access to both historic sites, and you may begin your journey at either location.
Cost: $15 for General Admissions. $10 for HA Members, Volunteers, and Military. $5 for Children age between 3-17. Free for Children age under 3.

William Paca House and Garden

Note: Regular docent guided 60-minute house tours are available at 10:30 am and 11:30 am.
Accessibility Considerations: Accessing the interior of the William Paca House requires ascending and descending several flights of stairs. Visitors with limited mobility can access the brick Paca Garden Terrace via the driveway of the Paca House. A single use accessible restroom can be accessed by a ramp. The upper portion of the garden can be accessed via a ramp with handrails, but please note that garden pathways are loose pea gravel and steps must be traversed to access the lower levels of the garden.

Hogshead Trades Museum
43 Pinkney Street, Annapolis, MD 21401
Welcome yule at “Hogshead Tavern” on Pinkney Street for festive fun with live colonial music, sweet treats and warm spiced cider. Visit with the local tradespeople and learn how Annapolitans from all walks of life prepared for the festive season!
Accessing this program requires ascending and descending a flight of stairs.
