Historic Annapolis is a nonprofit, tax-exempt charitable organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Contributions are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law, if no goods or services are received. Memberships are tax deductible less the amount of goods and services associated with the membership level.
