SUMMARY:Mr. Paca’s Garden Storytime: It’s Not Easy Being a Leprechaun
DESCRIPTION:Mr. Paca’s Garden Storytime is a fun hour full of reading and activities in the William Paca Garden\, a secret treasure in the Historic District of Annapolis. Each program is designed for little ones\, 3-7 years\, with a book reading\, song\, and craft/art project\, plus time to explore the Paca Garden following the story hour. \nIt’s Not Easy Being a Leprechaun by Marilyn Sadler\nLife isn’t always easy–even for a leprechaun! Connor O’Connor\, an unhappy leprechaun who thinks he can’t make friends because he looks a little different\, finds happiness by being himself and doing good. The perfect way to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with little lads and lassies! \nJoin us in celebrating St Patrick’s Day with a song\, a craft\, and a garden scavenger hunt! \nAdvance registration required\, space is limited. \nCost: $10 per Child and $5 per Adult for General Admission; $8 per Child and Free for Adults for HA Members and Military \n \nThis program will also be offered on Tuesday\, March 17. \nPlease Note: Children must be accompanied by an adult for the entirety of the program; garden time is not supervised by staff. Activities are held outdoors on the tented terrace at the William Paca House & Garden when possible. In the event of inclement weather\, the activities will be held inside in our conference room. This program does not include snacks due to food allergies; food is not permitted in the garden. \n\nAccessibility: Visitors with limited mobility can access this program via the driveway of the Paca House. A single use accessible restroom can be accessed by a ramp. KultureCity® Sensory Bags are available for visitors with sensory sensitivities or challenges with sensory regulation. \nCancellation and Refund Policy: Historic Annapolis reserves the right to cancel or alter any programs. See schedule of events for specific activities.\nAdvanced registration recommended\, but not required.
