SUMMARY:Autumn Jazz in the Garden
DESCRIPTION:Join us in the Paca Garden for a relaxed fall afternoon with live music from the Annapolis Jazz Collective. \nTake a stroll through the garden\, enjoy the autumn air\, and listen to smooth\, soulful jazz in a welcoming\, family-friendly setting. \nA cash wine bar will be available for guests age 21+. \nPlease note: outside food and beverages are not permitted. \nCost: General Admission: $25. HA Members and Military: $20. Children 17 and under: $10 \n \n  \n  \nAbout the Presenter: Jazz music is often hailed as one of America’s original art forms.  The Annapolis Jazz Collective plays tribute to this broad style of music by showcasing songs that have captivating harmonies\, energetic rhythms\, and creative improvisation.  Each of the musicians in The Annapolis Jazz Collective have spent many years sharing this music with audiences around the greater Annapolis\, Baltimore\, and DC area\, playing venues as diverse as jazz supper clubs in DC\, to providing inspirational music at a local farmers market.  Be transported as they perform through many of the best jazz tunes ever written while walking through the history of jazz. \n\nAccessibility Considerations: This event takes place in the William Paca Garden on our tented\, brick terrace. Entry to the Paca Garden includes wooden steps or our brick driveway ramp. The upper portion of the Paca Garden can be accessed via a brick ramp with handrails. The pathways are loose pea gravel. The lower garden levels are accessed by wooden or stone steps.
