DESCRIPTION:Celebrate Maryland Day with Historic Annapolis!  \nOn Saturday\, visit the William Paca House & Garden and then encounter living historians on Pinkney Street as they bring Hogshead to life. Explore the Waterfront Warehouse and the Museum of Historic Annapolis and discover diverse stories and amazing objects that represent over 400 years of our shared history. Admission at all of our sites on Saturday is just $1 (and free at the Waterfront Warehouse)! \nCheck out our Friday and Sunday activities\, too! \n\nWilliam Paca House and Garden\n186 Prince George Street\nStart your Maryland Day weekend off with a special 30-minute guided tour of the first floor of the William Paca House. Built in the 1760s\, this magnificent home features period furnishings and paintings and reveals the inner workings of an upper-class household including the lives of the enslaved laborers in colonial and revolutionary Annapolis. Take part in special family-friendly activities and explore the 2-acre Paca Garden\, a restful oasis nestled in the heart of bustling Annapolis.  \nAdvance\, timed entry registration is required for this site. Entry will be offered every half-hour. Walk-ins will be accommodated only as space permits. \nWilliam Paca House & Garden Admission Cost: $1 per person \n \nAccessibility Considerations: Accessing the interior of the William Paca House requires ascending and descending several flights of stairs. Visitors with limited mobility can access the brick Paca Garden Terrace via the driveway of the Paca House. A single use accessible restroom can be accessed by a ramp. The upper portion of the garden can be accessed via a ramp with handrails\, but please note that garden pathways are loose pea gravel and steps must be traversed to access the lower levels of the garden. \n\n \nHogshead Trades Museum\n43 Pinkney Street\nTake a short walk down Pinkney Street to Hogshead\, where you’ll find diverse colonial tradespeople working hard on their trades. You may find a cobbler\, a baker or sailor sharing their skills. \nAdvance registration recommended\, but not required for this site. \nHogshead Admission Cost: $1 per person \n \nAccessibility Considerations: Access to Hogshead requires ascending and descending two flights of stairs.  \n\nMuseum of Historic Annapolis\n99 Main Street\nStep into our American Story at the Museum of Historic Annapolis. Enjoy an inspiring film and explore three floors of interactive exhibits where you’ll discover diverse stories and amazing objects that represent over 400 years of our shared history! \nAdvance registration recommended\, but not required for this site. \nMuseum Admission Cost: $1 per person \n \nAccessibility Considerations: The Museum building is fully accessible\, with an accessible entrance located to the right of the building’s main entrance. All levels of the Museum\, including the restrooms\, are accessible via the elevator.  \n\nWaterfront Warehouse\n4 Pinkney Street\nVisit a rare surviving example of a small Annapolis waterfront warehouse from the 18th century. Today\, youÕll discover a large model of our city\, circa the late 18th century\, featuring a birds-eye view of the historic landscape. \nRegistration not required. \nWarehouse Admission Cost: Free \nAccessibility Considerations: Access to the Waterfront Warehouse requires ascending and descending two steps. \n\nCancellation and Refund Policy: Historic Annapolis reserves the right to cancel or alter any programs.
